Description of my beautiful champion:

No dog is perfect, but Hobby sure fulfils all my dreams for my first show dog. Not only has he become a champion, he does also have the right temperament!

Hobby was bought as a show dog, and because of that I had big expectations for him in the ring. But one can never be sure how a small puppy will look as an adult. Time has shown that I've been lucky. Hobby has exceeded my expectations by becoming a champion and by his numerous results from group 9. Hobby has a fantastic temperament. He loves to meet all people and animals, and has a good body language. In other words; he is a true Cavalier. He is an active and smart Cavalier. In the day he always wants to do something, from playing with the others to "work" with a chewing bone. He loves to stay home in Karmøy in the summer. Then the dogs can go out and in as they please. Because the door from their room to their part of the garden is open all day long, when somebody is home. All this activity leads him to be sleeping like a log at night. Hobby likes to be trained, and since he also loves food, he is easy to motivate. Javito is his role model, like Chico is to Javito. When I ask where Javito is, he immediately runs to find him and most likely gives him a kiss. Hearing all this you might think he is really well behaved – but I have to confess that he is pretty spoiled. That is entirely my fault of course, but he sure knows how to charm his way. Hobby has spent his whole life having two homes, so he is very relaxed when travelling.
